Beginning October 1 st , 2026, any items brought to Local 401 pending collection or holding will become forfeit after 60 days. Any paychecks or mail after 60 days will be forwarded to the member’s last known address on file or surrendered to the state. This period may be extended by request and upon approval by the Business Manager.
